Right of Withdrawal (EU and Germany)

Under EU and German law, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your item without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly via email at  info@payashell.com about your decision to withdraw from your purchase. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please note that returns will not need to be sent to the following address: Am Damm 3, 58332 Schwelm, Germany. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.  
Items sent to our warehouse in Schwelm without prior agreement will not be accepted.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds and Reimbursements

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned items or you have provided evidence that you have shipped the item back, whichever is earlier.

 

Special Note for B-Ware Products: Please note that B-Ware items may have visible signs of wear or minor cosmetic imperfections, which are clearly communicated in the product description before purchase. Such characteristics do not constitute valid grounds for complaints or refunds. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
