Shipping policy

Dispatch Schedule

We ship orders once per week, usually on Tuesday or Wednesday, via GLS. Order cut-off is Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., as GLS collects approx. 11:00 a.m. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the following week’s shipping day.

 

Local Pickup (B2C)

We now offer free local pickup for B2C orders placed via our Shopify store. Pickup is available Monday to Wednesday, from 09:00 to 15:00. Simply select “Local Pickup” during checkout. You will receive an email with confirmation and pickup details as soon as your order is ready.

 

Delivery Times (Germany)

Typical delivery time within Germany is 2–4 business days from dispatch. Because we ship weekly, overall lead time may be longer.

 

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

Free shipping for orders from 85,00€ (incl. VAT, after discounts, excl. shipping). Standard shipping rates apply below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping (B2C)

We currently do not offer international shipping for individual consumers. We plan to introduce this service next year.

 

B2B – International Shipping

We offer international shipping for business customers (B2B). Fulfilment is arranged individually (e.g., DAP). Duties, taxes and fees are borne by the recipient. Please provide your VAT ID and, if applicable, your EORI. Contact: info@payashell.com.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Note on Packstations

GLS does not deliver to DHL Packstations. Please provide a residential or business address.

 

Undeliverable / Address Errors

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect address details, absence or failure to collect, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.

 

Transport Damage

Please inspect parcels upon receipt. Report visible damage within 24–48 hours with photos to info@payashell.com so we can file a claim with GLS.

Peak Times

During holidays, trade fairs or high-volume periods, processing and delivery may be delayed. We will keep you informed by email and on the front page web-banner where applicable.
